Families are the critical link and connection for children and adults with a developmental disability.  Quality Trust recognizes that families need support, resources, encouragement, and tools to make the best decisions for their loved one.  Quality Trust provides assistance through our three core programs of individual and family advocacy, legal education and advocacy, and monitoring.  These three programs work closely together to offer a full array of coordinated services from each of our programs as necessary to support the outcomes identified by the person and family.  Our unique and innovative structure allows us to draw on the expertise on a variety of topics as required to address the concern of the family.

We offer training to family members so they can get the necessary information to make informed decisions for their loved one.  Check out our Events page to see what trainings are taking place soon.

Our staff are very knowledgeable about developmental disabilities and supports available in the Washington-metropolitan region.  We can help families understand options and navigate services.   Some of our staff members are even family members themselves.
