Our vision is a city-wide system that affords individuals with developmental disabilities universal access to high quality, person-centered services and supports, regardless of the extent or severity of their needs.  We work to accomplish our vision and mission through ensuring effective monitoring, advocacy, and legal representation, and by acting as a catalyst for positive change among all stakeholders in the District of Columbia's mental retardation and developmental disabilities service system.
